All VENYA products are designed to build on and support each other in their mode of action. We recommend using the VENYA products in the 5-step routine. However, the products can also be used individually. In this case, we recommend that you at least make sure that you also use products with acidic pH as a supplement. It can sometimes happen with special formulations or active ingredients that the usual effect suddenly fails to materialise. This may be due to a care product whose mode of action may prevent the comprehensive activation of the proven product.
This differs from person to person. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for the skin to adjust. It is possible that skin abnormalities, such as small pimples, appear during this time. After six weeks at the latest, there should be visible improvement.
Sun protection is important - whenever we are exposed to direct sunlight. A good indication for deciding whether additional sun protection is needed is the UV index - if this is higher than three, sun protection should be applied when exposed to direct sunlight. Indoors or where the UV index is lower than three, natural skin protection is usually sufficient and the skin benefits ideally from the acidic pH of our products. Tip: most weather apps provide the UV index.
No, all products are non-comedogenic.
Fragrances are part of our everyday life. Be it in perfumes, in nature or in everyday products. We often associate them with some kind of effect - but this association is wrong. Whether they of natural or non-natural origin, fragrances have no effect in skin care and can irritate or even irritate the skin. Therefore, all VENYA products contain no fragrances.
Yes, all products are vegan.
VENYA does not carry out any tests on animals. Since 11 March 2013, it is prohibited throughout the European Union to place on the market cosmetic products whose ingredients or combinations of ingredients have been tested on animals.
Accompanying the description of each product in our online shop, we provide a complete list of ingredients, abbreviated ING. Whenever we are of the opinion that an active ingredient requires a more detailed explanation, we have additionally listed it under "Active ingredients" on the product pages. Our customer service will be happy to answer further questions on the subject of ingredients and their effects.
Skin is always a reflection of holistic well-being. If something goes out of balance, our skin is a good indicator of this. Irritated areas, itchy spots, an uneven skin texture, redness - all these can indicate that internal factors are becoming visible to the outside. A holistic approach that minimises negative influences such as nicotine, alcohol, stress, medication etc. and enhances positive ones such as physical activity, meditation, inner contentment, sufficient fluid intake are the basis for a healthy skin appearance. Everything we can do from the outside, we have taken into account in the development of VENYA and have geared our formulations to this.

The barrier function of the skin is disturbed if there are not enough lipids. This makes it easier for moisture to escape through the skin and the skin can become dry, cracked and sensitive. The introduction of allergens and micro-organisms can also be favoured by a skin barrier that is not intact.

Die Rezeptur unseres Serum ist etwas dickflüssiger als das anderer Seren. Um die Pipette füllen zu können, muss sie vorab entleert werden.
Hierzu einfach die Pipette leicht herausziehen und den Pipettenkopf drücken. Den Kopf gedrückt halten und die Pipette wieder in das Serum führen. Nun loslassen und die Pipette füllt sich mit dem Serum.

All products are manufactured exclusively in Germany. We pay attention to the shortest possible transport routes in order not to pollute our environment unnecessarily.
At VENYA, we have made sure that the individual components can be separated from each other. Glass, plastic and cardboard can thus each be fed separately to the appropriate regional disposal route.
Because sustainability is very important to us, we have intensively looked at our packaging material. The outer packaging of the creams and serums is made of 100% recycled material. The plastic containers are currently not made of recycled material. In Germany, unfortunately only about 16 percent of plastic waste is reused. Therefore there is too little recycled material from which we could produce recycled packaging. Imports, for example from the USA and China, would cause higher CO2 emissions than using non-recycled material. However, as soon as we have the opportunity to switch to recycled material without causing higher CO2 emissions, we will definitely do so.
VENYA products should be stored at room temperature and not exposed to direct sunlight.
For products with a minimum shelf-life of more than 30 months, the PAO (period after opening) is indicated on the packaging. The quality of VENYA products is guaranteed for 6 months after first opening.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 25 euros within Germany. Shipping to Austria is free of charge for orders over 35 euros. The standard shipping is carried out by DHL GoGreen or Hermes. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days. Orders on www.venya.de can currently be delivered only in Germany and Austria. Orders cannot be delivered to overseas territories or other countries of the world.
We offer the possibility to return a product within 4 weeks after use if it is not liked/tolerated. To receive a return label, please contact our customer service (email@example.com, phone: +49 (0)800-5889502), stating the reason for return.
We are convinced of the effectiveness of VENYA products and want you to be completely satisfied too.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied after testing the products, we offer you the option of returning the products within 6 weeks of purchase. You can do that as follows: 1.
