FAQ for the product test
Anyone 18 or older can apply to be a VENYA product tester. It doesn't matter if you already have experience with skincare or are simply curious and want to try out new products.
Do I need to have skincare experience to participate?
No. You don't have to be a professional. What's important to us is that you test the products honestly and give us authentic feedback. Every opinion helps us to further develop our products.
Yes. Even if you have already participated in a product test, you can apply for new test campaigns at any time. Each application is reviewed individually.
No. A public review or social media post is not mandatory. We appreciate honest feedback that you share directly with VENYA. If you would like to share your experiences voluntarily, we would, of course, be very happy.
No. Participation in the VENYA product test is completely free of charge for you. If you are selected, you will receive your test product delivered to your home for free.
If you are selected for a product test, we will send you your VENYA test product free of charge to the address you provided. You will then test the product in your everyday life and provide us with your feedback.
Depending on the current test campaign, you can test various VENYA skincare products – for example, serums, creams, or other care products. You can find out which products are currently available in the application form.
After the application phase has ended, we will review all applications. If you have been selected, you will receive an email notification with all further information regarding the shipping and process of the product test.
